Donation & Refund Policy

Supporting Our Mission

At Inland for Israel, we are deeply grateful for your generosity. Your donations empower us to continue our advocacy, educational programs, and community initiatives in support of Israel. This Donation & Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding contributions and any potential refund requests.

Donation Policy

By making a donation to Inland for Israel, you agree to the following terms:

  • Voluntary Contributions: All donations are given voluntarily and without expectation of goods or services in return, unless explicitly stated for specific fundraising campaigns.

  • Use of Funds: Donations are used to support our advocacy efforts, events, educational initiatives, and operational costs.

  • Recurring Donations: If you sign up for a recurring donation, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Refund Policy

As a nonprofit organization, donations are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that errors may occur, and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

Refund Eligibility:

  • If a donation was made by mistake or in the wrong amount, you must request a refund within 7 days of the transaction.

  • If a duplicate transaction occurred due to a processing error.

  • If the donation was made fraudulently or without authorization.

Non-Refundable Donations:

  • Donations made as part of a completed fundraising campaign.

  • Donations that have already been allocated or spent on program initiatives.

  • Donations made more than 7 days ago.

  • To request a refund, please contact us at [Your Contact Email] with the transaction details and reason for the request.

Modifying or Cancelling Recurring Donations

If you wish to modify or cancel a recurring donation, you may do so at any time by:

  • Logging into your donor account (if applicable) and managing your settings.

  • Contacting us directly at inlandforisrael@gmail.com with your request.

Please allow up to 5 business days for changes to take effect.

Tax Deductibility

Inland Empire for Israel is a registered nonprofit organization. Donations may be deductible after we have received our 501(c)(3) status under the IRS Code. Donors can request a receipt for their contribution, which can be used for tax purposes. Please consult your tax advisor for specific details.
